Eugena Oh serves as the Regional Director in New York at The Asian American Foundation. She comes to TAAF after serving as President & CEO of the “I Have A Dream” Foundation, a national nonprofit empowering youth to achieve their dreams through education and mentorship. She believes deeply in racial justice and equity and has devoted her career to extending opportunity to historically marginalized communities, by building coalitions to build power.

Leah D. Williams is the CEO of digitalundivided, a leading organization dedicated to creating a more equitable startup ecosystem, focusing on women of color entrepreneurs. Leah is a recognized national thought leader and has spoken at the White House under both the Obama and Biden administrations on topics including entrepreneurship, economic growth, racial inclusion, and executive leadership. Her work has been featured in prominent publications such as SFGate.com and The Recorder.
Knowing that women of color are the fastest-growing group of entrepreneurs but still receive less than 3% of capital investment funding, Leah has positioned digitalundivided to connect women entrepreneurs with resources for scaling their businesses and securing early-stage investments through the development of the CapXS Network. In her first 100 days, Leah realigned digitalundivided’s strategy to navigate policy and funding challenges, future-proofing its mission amidst attacks on inclusive institutions.
A seasoned C-level executive with over 20 years of experience, Leah has held roles such as CEO, General Counsel, and Executive Director across diverse sectors, from startups to multimillion-dollar companies. She brings extensive expertise in social justice initiatives, advancing inclusive policies, and driving strategic change during challenging times.
Leah holds a law degree from Stanford Law School and a bachelor’s in Comparative Culture from U.C. Irvine. She is deeply committed to her role as a mother of two daughters and a member of a close-knit family spread across North America.

Shake It Up - An intoxicating fundraiser for State Representative Yuh-Line Niou!
ABL came together at our (now virtual) monthly dinner to discuss the issues we’ve faced as a community. Despite some of the troubling experiences we’ve shared, we came away recognizing that the ultimate sign of Asian American strength is not in our shared silence, but in sharing our collective voice. And there is no more powerful place for our voices to be heard than in the government.
We have decided to throw a fundraiser for Yuh-Line Niou who is the first ever Asian American woman State Representative in New York. She represents one of the heavily Asian populated districts in New York City whose restaurants and bars were disproportionately hit before and during the pandemic due to racism and prejudice (Chinatown and the Lower East Side). During the past two months, Yuh-Line has stopped all campaign fundraising to focus on delivering food and resources to those in need in Chinatown.
We’ll feature FOUR Asian-American womxn bartenders who will showcase themed drinks to our Zoom audience.
Platform: Zoom
Tickets: Suggested donation $100 (or option to donate other amount)
Confirmed Celebrity Bartenders:
Natasha David: Co-owner of Nitecap and You & Me Cocktails
Fanny Chu: Head Bartender at Donna Cocktail Club
Ranjini Bose: Former Bartender at Dear Irving
Karen Fu: Bar Matrix at Republique
